FAQs

  • Become Less Angry offers mental health therapy for a variety of concerns. Although “anger” is in our name, we are not solely centered on working with anger. We are also trained, practiced, and willing to work with clients on depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and more.

  • We do not offer in-person sessions in a physical office. We are a 100% virtual practice.

  • The most common way we meet with clients is through Zoom. So, it’s important that clients who wish to meet over Zoom have a reliable internet connection, a device with a forward-facing camera, and a private area to meet in.

We also offer “walk-and-talk” sessions which are done over the phone. This is a great way to move the body while talking and we find that clients enjoy this type of meeting immensely.

  • The frequency of meetings will be determined in your first session and can be adjusted as your work with a therapist continues. Typically clients meet once a week, but this is not required.

The manager management course is an exception to this. Participants in the class are expected to meet weekly at the set time.
