Anger Management

The anger management course is a psychoeducational class designed to teach practical skills in an engaging and accessible way. The class meets virtually through Zoom for 90 minutes once a week in the evening. Participants are encouraged to be open and vulnerable in a safe space made up of peers working through similar experiences.

What we learn in anger management.
The anger management course helps us understand what triggers anger and presents strategies for coping with it in a healthy way. Participants learn how to live into their values instead of their fears so they can be present, mindful, and bring emotional intelligence to all aspects of their lives. The class fosters a safe space for men to work toward growth in a supportive space full of camaraderie and fellowship.

The group class rate is $40 per class or $30 per class if you pay for 12 in advance.
